Recurring events go on forever #2497

There seems to be no way to set an end-repeat-date, neither an automatic termination upon passing the end of the semester. This results in recurring events that go on forever, unless deleted.

Team's Response

Our group believes that it would be quite clear to the user that in order to automatically terminate a recurring session, one would simply have to delete the session. As an analogy, a recurring alarm set on your phone would not have an "automatic termination" as it would not be possible for your phone to know when exactly you want to terminate the recurrence.

Its good to know the tester has figured the command out within the one hour time constraints of the PE, and we believe that it would not be too difficult for the average user to discover this as well under less stressful conditions.
