No notification upon deleting a non-existing tag from person

If typing in "(ab)edit 2 t/BFF -t/Friends"

Since the second person does not have a Friends tag, nothing happened. However, no notificaion warning the user that the tag Friend does not exist, which is not very helpful to correct the users' action.

We did mention in the UG that tags will only be deleted if they exist. So if a tag is valid, no error messages should be produced
