Did not state criteria for duplicate suppliers #2546

No details were provided about the criteria for suppliers to be considered duplicates (e.g. suppliers with same name are duplicates)

Team's Response

As mentioned in the DG, each supplier will be required to be registered with a unique name with ACRA. Since we are assuming the user to be store manager who could be reasonably assumed to have at least some business knowledge. Hence, to our users, it is naturally to know that duplicate supplier means suppliers who have the same name. In addition, this feature is inherited from AB3. AB3 also did not state the criteria for duplicate person.
