Team's Response

This can be due to two reasons: Either you have no assignments in the list or the amount of time allocated to each day is less than 0.25 hours such that the total allocated time has all been round down to 0. The reason why we chose to round it to the nearest 0.5 hours is so that it will be easier for users to read and understand.
