Copy and pasting of command leaves out condition prefix #2572

As stated in the UG, these are the following parameters that will be copied and pasted into the command line when the user uses the copy command.

If we copy and paste a command with no promo code and no condition, the promo code prefix is auto generated but the condition prefix is left out.

This does not affect the functionality of the command, and is a purely semantic issue

Condition prefix is only generated if there is an actual condition stated, rather than no condition

Since this is just a cosmetic issue with the copy command that does not affect its functionality at all, we have downgraded the issue to "severity.VeryLow"
