manual test cases in DG not matching sample data of the app #2582

app data in test cases in DG does not match the sample data of the app. For example, while the expected result of test case "delete-student 16100" is "Student with ID 16100 is deleted from the list", inputting "delete-student 16100" will actually reuslt in the app reporting "The student ID provided does not exist" since sample data of app does not have a Student with ID 16100.

Our group thank you so much for reporting this bug. Initially, when writing this maual test case, I only specified an example test with a dummy ID because I was thinking that the ID was automatically generated whenever we add a new student. The tester should look up for a specific ID to delete. I didn't put an existing ID because I thought the tester would like to choose himself an ID to delete. But if we give the manual test cases matching an Initial Sample Data, it would be much for convenient for the tester, as he can just copy pase this line to test. So we accept it as a bug and it should have been done in the way you suggested! Thank you! image.png
