There may be a case where the user cooks the same meal twice (Lunch and Dinner?).

Team's Response

Thank you for testing our app. The function of cooked is designed in a way to record all the healthy meals cooked for the day and provide a user with a list of them, which is does. If a meal is cooked, be it during lunch time or dinner time or both, it will be recorded for that day once under the specified date with "cooked on: " to prevent duplicate records.

This satisfies the product requirements and and value proposition of enabling users to track and view past meals. Also, this is in line with the plan feature as well that prevents you from planning the same recipe twice for a day, providing a more cohesive app for our user. Furthermore, with our intended users being university students living on campus who are tired of eating the same food each day, it is highly unlikely that they would want to end up cooking the the same meal in a day as they would want to use our app for the variety of simple and healthy recipes it provides. Hence, this is not a feature flaw.

However, this is indeed a valid suggestion and is intended for future releases where users can plan and cook multiple recipes w additional tags such as "breakfast", "lunch", "dinner". Hope this clarifies!
