Questions about duplicate bugs in PE #447

If they same type of error appears more than once, e.g. exact same bug spotted under different sections of ug. Are they considered as duplicates? Thank you.

You can either consider them separate bugs or consider all of them as duplicates of one bug. If latter, the severity will have to be increased as the bug is impacting multiple places.
