Hard to follow sectioning #1289

With all the features description and explanation being crammed in the same page the UG became too wordy and hard to follow. It's nice that there is section like Main Page, Inveestigation Case page etc, but the size of the header makes it hard for me to recognise it easily. You may want to make the differnece in header size more obvious or add different color coding for different section.

This is a layout issue and we also tried to break up into sections within each feature to improve readability.
