Presence of reassign command allows more options for the user, such as for cases where they may want to quickly reassign a worker with a single command instead of having to run 2 commands (unassign + assign). The reassign command is also especially useful in the case where the reassignment involves the same worker and same shift but only the role is changed. In this case, the user would only have to enter a single reassign w/1 s/1 r/new
instead of unassign w/1 s/1
and assign w/1 s/1 r/new
which would be around twice the number of characters to type.

I did not get the meaning of reassign command. Is it a bit unnecessary because it is very complicated to type and using unassign and assign together looks more straightforward.
