Thank you for the bug report! However, we have specified that we only accept 2 letter country codes in our User Guide and in our application (refer to your screenshot).
Regarding the ISO code finder tool, the site also provides the 2-letter code beside the 3-letter code so users will not find difficulty in choosing one or the other.
We feel that 2-letter codes are sufficient for the user to use our application effectively without difficulty. Being unable to use 3 letter country codes is at most a minor inconvenience, thus, we have changed the severity to low. Accepting other forms of country input is not part of our current design but may be implemented in the future, thus we have changed this to NotInScope.

Steps to reproduce: client edit 1 c/ATA tz/UTC+07:00
Expected: The ISO code finder provided in the UG provided 3-letter ISO country code as well. Some businessmen may be more familiar wih 3-letter country code so it can be better if both are accepted.
Actual: Country code must be a valid 2-letter ISO3166 country code
