Invalid leap year #3092

If an invalid leap year is entered (i.e 29/2/2021), if is automatically saved as 28/2/2021. Behaviour not stated in UG so unsure if it is intended function or a bug.

Steps to reproduce 1) add-event n/Halloween dt/29/02/2021 20:00 l/Dining Hall d/Halloween celebration at Eusoff Hall
