In Singapore, we use 8-digit phone numbers. Here the example p/1234567 is not proper and can be misleading.

Team's Response

TAsker is meant to be able to be used by foreign students (in their own countries) in the future. In countries like Sweden, 7 digit phone numbers are used (excluding extension) and there are countries like Canada with phone extension of +1. Countries like Niue have only 4 digit phone numbers (excluding extension) too.
