Archiving data #3564

When an appointment is finished, it does not save into the CSV file. Ive completed these apppointments but it is not visible as to where the CSV file is inside the data folder. No CSV file as described

Team's Response

This is an expected behaviour of our app.

Only appointments that are past (occured before today) will be archived. The rationale for this was that the nurse might have to follow up on (or keep track of) appointments that happened on the current day, hence only appointments that are "completely" passed (before the current day) are removed and archived.

The testing for the archive feature is provided in the DG (Instructions for Manual testing):

Even if this bug is accepted, it should be of a low severity as it does not affect the normal operations of the product which is to manage patient's appointments
