Contradictory Target User Profile

The following is the target user profile of Namise:

Being a tech-savvy nurse armed with a commendable experience in unix, Namise prefers toscribble down appointment schedules on paper while on call with his patients to maximiseefficiency. This task is further exacerbated with the need to transfer these notes into an exceltable manually later in the day.

The descirption here seems to say the Namise is a tech-savvy nurse and at the same time says she prefers to scribble down appointment schedules on paper. This is slightly contradictory as it is already described she is tech-savvy, but at the same time she prefers to write on paper as well and not use the computer.

Team's Response

Even though the nurse is tech-saavy, she still have to write down on pen and paper due to the absence of such an appointment management system in the clinic. Hence, the purpose of our app is to provide this option for the nurse.
