Team's Response

Our team agrees that there should be a blank line. However, this should not be considered a bug as it is only a one time occurrence and does not make the UG look messy or hard to read. According to the CS2103T website, it is not considered a documentation bug. Kindly refer to the section on neatness/correctness in the screenshot below. Having a blank line missing only once does not cause the UG to look messy or not well-formatted and hence is not a bug.
