Error message does not reflect the error i am giving

in this instance i am giving a -1 for the flor number. Hoever the error message says it must be a number not 0 and at most 2 digits which it fits the requirement. Perhaps have an error message for negative values

We will be rejecting this report. The character '-' is not a number. (Note: the error message says floor numbers should only contain numbers and not must be a number). Therefore, not only is the input of "-1" invalid, but the error message is correct and expected.
