Expected: Services should be ordered either numerically (based on the order of addition of the tasks) or alphabetically (reference to the titles)

Actual: Services are ordered in a random fashion. It may confuse and inconvenience the users.

Response is rejected. Services are ordered by increasing service code, which is the natural order for users since our services are referenced by service code instead of service title.
