Inconsistent temperature range behavior for searchpatient command.

There is a inconsistent behavior when executing searchpatient command for ranges that is out of the temperature bounds when adding a patient. Valid range of temperature when adding a patient (addpatient) must fall within 32.0 - 41.0.

However, when doing a search of temperature, would expect the same behavior if you input a temperature that is out of range. The two given images have differing upper bounds that are out of range but shows different results when executing the search.

Steps to reproduce: 1) searchpatient tr/36.5-369.0 2) searchpatient tr/36.5-99.0
