Note from the teaching team: This bug was reported during the Part II (Evaluating Documents) stage of the PE. You may reject this bug if it is not related to the quality of documentation.

Cite: "Check-in: Exercise conducted at the beginning of the semester (in Week 0), where a student is informed of his room allocation."

Since the term "check-in" is quite commonly used nowadays, it can be omitted form the glossaries.

Team's Response

We will be rejecting this report as “check-in” in typical usage (eg. hotel check-in) only has the meaning of “being allocated a room” and not the additional meaning of “exercise conducted at the start of the semester.” It is important for us to clarify to users that check-in is conducted at the start of the semester, since it deals with the archive feature we've implemented.

Anyway, thank you for the suggestion, but we would favor clarity in this situation, particularly since this is the glossary.
