The link is meant to be an example, and not representative of an actual medical record, since the medical record can have any link.

The userguide states that "With Hospify, you will be able to add, edit, find, delete and sort (and more!) patients’ medical record and even appointment details."
Medical record is implemented as an external website and seems to be incomplete (no working sample links). Unable to test adding/editing/finding/sorting of medical records although it is stated in the userguide.
It is an incomplete and hard-to-test feature.
