No window open for help page when help command is entered

[nus-pe-bot]

When I type the help command, there is no page that opens up. In other commands like list and find, the command would work but still throw the error of not being able to save the data. But for this, the command does not open the help window and I cannot even access the help page.

Steps to reproduce Enter the help command

Expected Help window appears

Actual No window appears

Can't replicate on my end. Uses the .jar file downloaded from LumiNUS Final Submission Folder.
