Missing links to the command in command summary #5970

Note from the teaching team: This bug was reported during the Part II (Evaluating Documents) stage of the PE. You may reject this bug if it is not related to the quality of documentation.

One of the purpose of a summary is so that the user can easily lookup the command and navigate to the relevant section. So perhaps you might consider sorting in by alphabetical order. More importantly there should be link in the table that brings the user to the command section.

While it is useful to have links, it is not a bug that there are no links.

Also, this is inherited from AB3.
