Format for import command is wrong #5983

Format for import command is wrong inside the command summary, since FILEPATH is a mandatory parameter, not an optional one.

Thank you for the bug report. As the filename is mentioned within the import section

It does not affect usage as the user will be prompted with an error if no filepath is provided, propmpting the user to input a filepath. Thus, we will be classify it as verylow
