As a red-green colourblind user, I am completely unable to differentiate between completed and pending tasks. There is no other indication of whether the task is completed, and I am discriminated against and the app will be completely unusable to me.

Team's Response

Thank you for your response.

Thank you for raising this issue. The team agrees that is a potential area to improve on and also an area of concern that would be raised after user testing and feedback. However, we are not specifically targetting users who are colourblind and considering the statistics of red-green colourblind population in Singapore, it is reasonable to assume that users affected by this feature will be limited, thus the lowered severity.

Some statistics: 5.3% of boys and 0.2% of girls were found to be colour blind in this Singapore-based study. Source: Chia, A., Gazzard, G., Tong, L., Zhang, X., Sim, E., Fong, A., & Saw, S. M. (2008). Red-green colour blindness in Singaporean children. Clinical & Experimental Ophthalmology. doi:10.1111/j.1442-9071.2008.01799.x

Once again, thank you for your response and raising a good point!
