Does this PDF issue count as bug #320

Since we were told to design our UG on a website and asked to convert to PDF. Does the following count as a bug where PDF is unable to scroll a code block?

Hey, I am facing the same issue and had a bug report on this as well. I hope this shouldn't count as a bug as this is kind of out of our control as we aren't able to change how the generated page will handle long code blocks.

Both versions of the docs should be usable. See the third point in the screenshot above. Cosmetic issues in the PDF file can be ignored e.g., extra spacing but they have to be considered bugs if they hinder the reader. But given the reader can (technically) go to the webpage as a fallback, these can be considered severity.VeryLow.
