Unnamed prerequisite for "adding a residence" #1024

Team's Response

This is unnecessarily nitpicky. We do have clear error messages if there are duplicate residences when trying to add a new residence to the app and all these have been specified earlier in the DG.

Adding these prerequisites is kind of unnecessary since it will clog up the prerequisites and make it seem very hard to test when. For example, if we specify this prerequisite, it does not apply to our other test cases below.
