Able to add expired cheese #2305

As owners of a cheese making/selling business, they should not be allowed to add expired cheese, aka cheese with expiry dates before the current date.

Team's Response

The main purpose of CHIM is to help users manage their cheese inventory. For a home based cheese business that has just started, they might want to be able to enter past records (e.g. cheeses that has been sold) for book keeping purposes. Hence, we would allow cheeses to have expiry dates before today.
