This UI is designed such that you can only view customer list, cheese list or order list at any given time.

While it is still possible to use, this makes it difficult for users to refer across different lists and manage their cheese inventory.

Team's Response

This is an intentional design of CHIM. Our aim is to keep the UI as simplistic as possible, so that the users do not have to focus on too much information at the same time. It also keeps the UI cleaner as the screen "real-estate" needed is smaller.

Additionally, we have also ensured that all the information that are needed can be referred in the list. For example, if you would like to add an order for a customer, the information needed is the customer's phone number. Hence, you can just call the command listcustomers before adding them so that you can refer to it accordingly. Other references for information should also work in similar manner.
