Add booking does not work as advertised in UG #3013

Issue description

"add_booking" does not work, saying I need to supply an email to the input as well.

But in UG (section 3.5.1) it is specified as a multi-step commands... so its a mismatch.

add_booking

What's the expected result?

Multi-step prompt begins

What's the actual result?

Error message "Invalid command format!" is shown.
