Inconsistent format of Appendix #3036

Note from the teaching team: This bug was reported during the Part II (Evaluating Documents) stage of the PE. You may reject this bug if it is not related to the quality of documentation.

In the part of "Delete persons", description of "Prerequisites" has dots while description of "Expected" has not dot. However, in the part of "Selecting persons", it's different.

I believe this issue does not highlight any bugs that would result in the incorrect perception of what we are trying to say. This is rejected as it is not a bug.

Although some full stops are missing, it does not make the appendix look messy. Neither does it make the appendix not well-formatted or hard to read/understand.
