Typing learn when in learn mode does not give an error, but typing history in history mode does #3046

Inconsistent errors - not sure if retyping a command is an error or not.

Retyping learn in learn mode is fine because learn can take in extra arguments to filter the flashcards shown, thus there is value in re-entering the command.

This feature is not present in history mode, thus users are not expected to be re-entering the history command.
