App: Edit and recur do the same thing. #3082

It seems that both recur and edit does the same thing, but the edit does not throw an error message if I try to change something that already exists there.

Thank you for your suggestion! Firstly, in modulebook3.5, target audience users would have more 'one-time' tasks than recurring tasks. E.g. we would only have 1 assignment 1 in a module. So for recurring tasks, realistically speaking, it should be made into a command rather than just a normal field like 'workload' for example.
