Editing the fee field in JSON file to negative will not allow the program to start #3117

Instead of saying Data file not in the correct format which resets with an empty Addressbook (e.g. when I set fee to zero), the program will not be opened image.png

Hi, as pointed out by the prof in the forum: https://github.com/nus-cs2103-AY2021S2/forum/issues/304, editing of json to cause invalid error that is not caught should not be considered as “bug” for this module.
