Editing the session time in JSON file to overlap another session is permitted #3119

When one session's time is edited to overlap another session in JSON, does not result in invalid data format and cause the program to start with empty data image.png

Hi, as pointed out by the prof in the forum: https://github.com/nus-cs2103-AY2021S2/forum/issues/304, editing of json to cause invalid error that is not caught should not be considered as "bug" for this module.

p.s. it is not just out-of-scope issue, but also to be rejeted. In UG FAQ, it is mentioned that any edits must be done with awareness of the application.
