Long phone numbers allowed for tutors #3129

A lower boundary for phone numbers is provided -- 3, but an upper boundary should also be provided for absurdly long phone numbers that are obviously invalid. This is in contradiction to the limits described in the User Guide. image.png

Team's Response

We are allowing long phone numbers but there should be a minimum of 3 numbers. We are setting it to verylow as it is a cosmetic issue since we forgot to remove the line on the maximum limit for phone number out of the user guide.
