Inconvenience in note scrolling. #3130

No screenshot for this, but if I try to scroll the notes panel with a mouse or a trackpad, it's easy to scroll overboard and scroll down the entire tutor panel once the notes panel hits bottom. This is quite inconvenient for user usage.

Dear responder, thank you for highlighting this issue. However, this is a JavaFX limitation and there is a little our team could do. It is just how the scrollpane works. There is no solution to circumvent this user's problem of overscrolling as it is the fault of the user and not the app problem itself.
