Limits for Tutor Subject Information Does Not Match UG #3133

The UG states that the minimum length for education level and qualifications is 4, but I can successfully input length one strings. This would cause confusion, especially when it comes to level, where one can be confused what in input.

Dear responder, thank you for highlighting this issue. It was a typo in the user guide. The minimum should be 1 instead of 4.
