Refer to Appointment Tracker Section is Confusing #3138

Note from the teaching team: This bug was reported during the Part II (Evaluating Documents) stage of the PE. You may reject this bug if it is not related to the quality of documentation.

As shown, the user guides asks the user to Refer to Appointment Tracker Section while the user is still in the Appointment Tracker Section. The link does show that the user should refer to the notes made, but the wording is unclear. Marking as Very Low because the link works
