Insufficient examples for add command in user guide #3153

Note from the teaching team: This bug was reported during the Part II (Evaluating Documents) stage of the PE. You may reject this bug if it is not related to the quality of documentation.

The add command does not demonstrate the fact that multiple insurance plans can be added to the same person. Since the examples does show it for tags, it is reasonable to also show it for insurance plans instead of stating it as a note above.
