Multiple insurance plans can be accepted but not indicated #3157

Items with (s) after them can be used multiple times including zero times.

In commands like add, the format is stated as add n/NAME p/PHONE e/EMAIL l/LOCATION [ip/INSURANCE_PLAN] [i/IMAGE_FILE] [t/TAG(s)], where it is clear that multiple tags can be provided, but it is the same for insurance plans, however, it is not stated as [ip/INSURANCE_PLAN(s)].
