Unable to reference to existing clients for meetings #3160

Meetings are usually with clients, however there is no way to link them together, the two components are separated and independent.

There is nothing wrong with keeping them separated and independent as there is a possibility that the agent is meeting with a potential client that is not in the client list yet.
