Typo in notes about command format #3163

Items with (s) after them can be used multiple times including zero times. e.g. [t/TAG(s)] can be used as ` (i.e. 0 times),t/friend,t/friend t/family` etc.

The ` ` should have been t\ instead of the space.

It is to show that tag can be used 0 times, meaning it does not even need to have any fields typed in the command. Furthermore, putting just t/ will give an error since it must be single alphanumeric and cannot have any blank fields.
