Able to archive patients who have upcoming appointments. #66

Description: Since the archive list is meant for patients who are inactive/deceased, it does not make sense to be able to add patients who have upcoming appointments to the archive list. Expected: Error or Warning message is shown Actual: No error or warning is given. Steps to reproduce:

  1. Enter archive 1
