Not allowing editing or removal of appointments. #840

This issue is unclear and seems rather subjective. Clearly there is room for the appointment feature to be more versatile, and indeed this is probably the case for all features of any project anyway. Given our focus on implementing more important features, for example. the ability to edit medical records very smoothly and in a user friendly way, we did not focus on implementing edit/delete for appointments.

We don't view it to be a great inconvenience and the 'great inconvenience' is not very specified either. Out of our testers, our team, and even our peers that we presented to in CS2101, the lack of ability to edit/delete appointments did not come off as 'feature breaking'
