Adding appt at 00:00 fails even though it is valid based on UG

Reproduce:

1. appt -a p/1 d/2 s/13/11/2021 00:00

This command does not work even though the values 0 for both minute and hour is valid as it is mentioned that minutes must be between 0-59 and hours must be between 0-23. Perhaps this should be conveyed more clearly to the user or parsed to the next day.

This bug report is invalid.

We are able to add the appointment. I think you added 2 spaces between the date and time, resulting in the format error.
