Mark command extending period #1715

Instead of having to input a date to extend it. Should have a more intuitive way to extend.

I believe that extending the marked period is pretty intuitive. Just by inputting a start date and an end date, the period the staff has been marked for is clear. To extend that period, just append a date by using a period after that.
