Thank you for your effort and time. However, it is not a bug.
In the context of Point
redemption, Staff/Manager only needs to check they redeem Point
for the expected member. In practice, Point
redemption usually takes place when the member is physically present at the restaurant or in a conversation with Staff/Manager via phone or email.
Therefore, we believe that basic information such as ID
and Name
are sufficient to check whether the member is the expected one, which are clearly shown as the first 2 fields in the message box.
As explained above, we believe that the message shown after redeem
input are not required to be fully read by most users, hence not affecting any usage.
