Interview dates allow nonsensical dates

Interview dates allow nonsensical dates like 2999, when in fact it should be impossible to schedule something past a few years.

Additionally, it also allows dates far in the past like 1000. I understand that dates recently past should be allowed due to book keeping purposes, but dates like year 1000 should not be allowed.

Team's Response

We understand that a warning message should be shown if users provide a nonsensical date.

However, it is also very unlikely that users will input a date that is so ridiculously far from the current date time unless by mistake, in which case it is also easily correctable by our edit feature.

Hence, we think that this sort of input occurs very rarely and is very unlikely to affect normal operations of the application. Thus, we will reduce the severity of this bug to Low and accept it.
