Lack of validation check on Operating hours for a vendor #2763

I am able to edit the first vendor to have an operating hour spanning 1 minute long using the command editvendor vid/001 oh/11 1200-1201

This sort of invalid input should not be allowed and there should be a warning message to inform users against such an input.

Remember that your users are human too and can make typo mistakes such as these.

You can edit the vendor's operating hours if mistakes or typos are made.

Downgrading severity to Low.
